Looks like my house. Here's what you do, I spent money on live traps, but they don't take the bait. :( Instead, take tall plastic trash cans from around your house, make some sort of ramp up from the floor to the top. Stick a walnut piece or two at the bottom, and precariously place one right at the edge of the ramp. That way it'll fall in when the mouse touches it, and so does the mouse!
